May Elhadidi holds both MSc and B.Eng. degrees in Architectural Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt. Her academic and research interests are centred on architectural heritage, environmental design, and sustainable urban and architectural development.  

May is currently exploring the intersection of heritage conservation and contemporary technologies, with a focus on integrating cultural identity and environmental sustainability. Her work investigates innovative approaches such as computational design and machine learning to sustain heritage, and environment within modern housing contexts.
